AMFI refers to Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) which was incorporated on 22nd August, 1995. It is a non-profit organization which was formed in view of huge increase in mutual fund players in India.
AMFI is authorized as an apex body of all the Asset Management Companies popularly known as AMC. It is registered with SEBI. AMFI is responsible for promoting and protecting all the mutual funds parties.
AMFI Mock Tests are offered by most of financial intermediaries. These mock tests prepare candidates for AMFI Mutual Fund Certification. AMFI mock Tests have two modules. The first module which is the basic one is called the AMFI Mutual Fund (Basic) Module. These Mock Tests are designed in a multiple option pattern with each question having four different options and the candidate is required to tick the right answer. Each question carries different mark and every wrong answer results in negative marking. The passing mark is 50 out of a total of 100 marks. Various test centers are located at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. To the benefits of the candidates they can take these mock tests online also.
